Program Details — Master of Science in Computer Engineering (without Thesis)

An English-taught non-thesis master's program in Computer Engineering offered through the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research.

Relevant bachelor's degree. English language requirement per Institute of Graduate Studies and Research (EMU English proficiency exam or accepted equivalents such as TOEFL/IELTS).

Graduate fees are charged per course: USD 980 per course for international students (USD 490 per course with 50% scholarship), 2025-26. Additional Student Services Fund (USD 360/semester) and registration fee (USD 360) apply. Total annual cost depends on number of courses registered, so no fixed annual tuition is published. Scholarship: International graduate students may receive a 50% scholarship on tuition (registration fee per course reduced to USD 490).
