Program Details — Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership

A graduate certificate that develops management and leadership skills, exploring the connections between communication, processes, knowledge, metrics and people practices, while developing the tools to approach leadership challenges with confidence. Includes a team-based Leadership Challenge working with a real organization. Credits can be laddered toward RRU master's programs.

Completion of a four-year (or comparable) undergraduate degree or graduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with relevant work experience; flexible admission considers a combination of work, life, volunteer and academic experience (assessed case-by-case). If English is not your primary language, RRU English language requirements apply (specific IELTS score not stated on program page).
