Program Overview
A six-month program that builds project management skills and best practices including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk/time/cost management, change leadership and managing complexity. Students receive the educational hours required to apply for the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Credits can be applied toward RRU master's programs (MBA, MGM, MA in Tourism Management, MA in Interdisciplinary Studies) and the Graduate Diploma in Project Management and Organizational Leadership.
Admission Requirements
Standard admission: completion of a four-year (or comparable) undergraduate degree or graduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, and normally at least two years of relevant full-time work experience. Flexible admission: normally at least five years of extensive relevant work experience and some post-secondary education. If English is not your primary language, RRU English language requirements apply (specific IELTS score not stated on program page).
