Program Details — Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies

A flexible, customizable graduate degree that lets students study across disciplines by combining courses from different RRU master's and graduate certificate programs (e.g., business/management, digital transformation including AI ethics and governance, communication, leadership, project management, environment/sustainability). Completion options include course-based, research paper or thesis. Students can apply credits from a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Interdisciplinary Studies toward the degree. Delivered online with an optional two- or three-week on-campus residency.

Standard admission: completion of a four-year (or comparable) undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum GPA of 'B+' (3.33/4.33), and normally a minimum of three years of professional experience. Flexible admission available for qualified candidates assessed on skills, knowledge and background. If English is not your primary language, RRU English language requirements apply (specific IELTS score not stated on program page).
