Program Overview
Prepares professionals to manage international complexities in business and lead businesses with global reach. Focuses on four themes: cross-cultural awareness, international business skills, ethical and rational decision-making, and self-awareness. Students choose one of four completion options (global management project, internship research project, RRU graduate certificate, or MITx MicroMasters). Options to add credentials such as a dual MBA in Executive Management or MITx MicroMasters (including supply chain management, finance, statistics and data science). Accredited partner of the Forum for International Trade Training (CITP designation).
Admission Requirements
Standard admission: completion of a four-year (or comparable) undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum GPA of 'B' (3.00/4.33), plus a minimum of two years of relevant full-time work experience. Flexible admission assessed on combination of work experience, education and professional development. GMAT optional (score of 500+ deemed to meet academic writing and numeracy requirement). If English is not your first language, RRU English language requirements apply (specific IELTS score not stated on program page).

International tuition of CAD $40,329 is the estimate for the ENTIRE program (May 2026 intake, 12 or 18 month options); domestic CAD $29,551. All rates subject to annual increase.
