Program Overview

The MSc Artificial Intelligence equips students with advanced knowledge and skills needed to develop innovative solutions for the emerging global AI industry across healthcare, brain sciences, medical imaging, robotics, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, space, energy, and nuclear. Content is informed by research in brain-inspired AI, deep learning, machine learning, data analytics, computer vision, and neurobotics. Students enhance and apply knowledge of programming and mathematical frameworks and undertake a substantial research project.

Admission Requirements

A first or upper second class honours degree in computer science or a related discipline (engineering, mathematics, physics, or other numerate science/technology subjects), plus demonstrated competence in computer programming. International students: IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each element. An informal interview may be required. Programme Leader: Heriberto Cuayahuitl Portilla.
